I've faced those down days, the worries, and the sadness. But I found ways to rise above it, and I want to share those techniques with you. I used things like calming meditation, holistic coaching and journaling to let go of things that were holding me back.
One thing that truly transformed my life is called conscious connected breathwork. It sounds a bit out there, but it's really just a style of breathing that helps you let go of heavy feelings and old habits. It's like a key that unlocks emotions you might not even know are there.
